Assignment - Group Communication Norms Paper

Instructions - This individual assignment, involves developing a short paper to guide your PMAN 638 team in completing your group assignments this semester. This 2-page paper should propose how your team will address: a) group communication norms, b) group conflict management norms, and c) group assignment management.

In week, your team will review the papers from individual team members and will use them to draft the first version of your team's Group Communication and Conflict Management (GCCM) Plan - an assignment that your team will work on through Week 8.

Acceptable content includes:

• Team expectations/rules/norms for managing group communications, managing group conflict, and managing group assignments
• This assignment is to develop a working document to guide your group work in PMAN 638, and NOT a theoretical/academic style paper.
• Some bulleted lists may be included, but bulleted lists should not be the entire paper.
• Do cite at least two class readings from Week 1 in your paper; do not cite Internet articles.
