For most people, the most significant agents of socialization are family during early childhood, followed by school and peer groups as they grow older, with each playing a crucial role in shaping values, behaviors, and understanding of social norms through direct interactions and experiences; mass media can also play a significant role in shaping perspectives and social attitudes.

Examples:

Learning basic manners and etiquette.

Developing a sense of morality and ethics based on family values.

Acquiring language skills.

Observing and imitating parental behaviors reguarding work ethic, social interactions, and personal habits.

Conformity is when someone acts in aa way that is socially acceptable or that is favored by the majority, while deviance is when someone acts in a way that is not socially acceptable or that is not favored by the mojority.

Conformity; someone might dress in a certain style to fit in with their peers. I remember doing this as a teenager I just wanted to fit in with the crowd.
