"Travelocity" is a travel agency, based on the USA. This company performs several travel related activities such as flight reservation, hotel reservation, tour booking, and travel planning assistance. The result of all these activities is to arrange a low cost travel plan for its clients. The company has got many competitors in the area and is trying to increase its market share through developing a new training program for its selected sales representatives. Average age of selected employees for training is 26 years old.
