Advanced Tech Limited is working on creating spaceships that can traverse the solar system within days. 

You are a general manager in the company, and you have been tasked with developing a new project titled Proj-A that can demonstrate capabilities to travel at light speed. 

You have assembled a team of people from different backgrounds and briefed them about the project, its timelines and expectations. The team members are looking forward to this new project and working with new people.  

You have the best-skilled resources in every avenue that you have chosen; you have six top-performing team members from six different fields. Your task is to get them to work together and function as a high-performing team. These are senior folks and are, in time, expected to become heads of the functions that they are currently performing.
