Scenario
Your first job as a newly licensed nurse is in a residency program for critical care. You are at the mid-point of the residency, which contains evaluation exercises to determine your clinical reasoning abilities. The evaluation includes components you must complete and submit to your residency portfolio, including self-reflection about clinical reasoning abilities based on performance on thinking exercises and self-reflection about challenging clinical experiences and the impact on the growth of your clinical reasoning abilities.
Instructions
