Hypothetical Case Study -

Request: Executive Management requests that you review the performance of our Wind division and develop a 2019 budget. Providing a presentation to executive management with your thought process, examples of analysis, proposed 2019 budget, conclusion, and any clarifying questions you might have.

Business context: Attached are 2017 and 2018 actuals by site and account. We have been instructed to decrease 2019 by 10%. Note: Historical MWh's has a positive correlation with production costs.

Applicants should provide the following for this project:

  • Examples of the type of analysis you performed
  • Propose a new 2019 Budget
  • Final power point presentation to Executive Management on key take-away items, data analysis back-up, methodology used, and conclusion.
  • Key finding and conclusion of the 2019 budget you developed.
