Review the "Code of Ethics for Pastors," The Book of Church Order of the Presbyterian Church in America, and the "Pentecostal Ministry and Ordination." Consider the areas of integrity, trustworthiness, purity, accountability, and fairness when developing a personal code of ethics.
In 750-1000 words, write a personal code of ethics that incorporates biblical passages, scholarly information, and promotes healthy boundaries in the following areas:
1. Self-care: Importance and practices - public and private
2. Pastoral care: Responsibilities and practices - leaders and congregants
3. Caring for the community: Importance and practices - inside and outside the church
