In this assignment, you will develop your own project in order to test a hypothesis of your interest. Follow the following steps to do that:

1) You will collect data on GPA for a particular department at the university.

2) You should develop two hypothesis with your data; one-population and two-populations. It could be males and females within a department, but you can also compare the GPA between two different departments.

3) Collect your own data and use it to test your desired hypotheses. A sample size close to 30 observations is recommended.

You should submit a report with your results. Your report should include:

1) The main idea you are testing (one paragraph).

2) Information about your sample (one paragraph and summary statistic table).

3) Your results and discussion (two paragraphs at most, with the relevant data and tables if necessary).
