Both chapter 10 in the textbook and the Weekly Reading (Greenberg, 2013) explore various perception interventions that we can develop to improve our psychological health and reduce, modify and manage the demands on us. These are considered primary prevention methods as they are aimed at transforming our perceptions of these demands as stressors.

After reading both the chapter and the Weekly Reading, your task is to reflect on the following list of topics as discussed in the readings, and find 3 images that represent the three you most identify with in terms of how you deal with stress.
