Activity: Increasing Awareness of and Sensitivity to National Cultures

Your Reflexive Journal provides guidelines for thinking about the national culture in which you developed and suggestions for comparing it with another culture in which your currently live or work or where you may wish to live and work in the future. It prompts you to think about the areas of cultural competence that you need to develop to be a more successful cross-cultural leader.

During this module, you should start to think about the final assessment, which is a plan for your development as a leader over the next 2, 5 or 10 years. The choice of time frame is up to you.
