Question: Offer some suggestions on how your classmates can develop the personality dimension they have identified. I scored lowest on adjustment, which is not a surprise to me at all. In general, I am a highly emotional thinker when something matters to me. At work its a little bit less because I am not as invested but it is still prevalent. With my job I am continually working to get better at this and get practice everyday because I work at a breakdown call center where we get panicked drivers everyday and sometimes very dangerous situations.
