As a member of CapraTek's (fictional company) HR team, you feel the best way to develop the interview plan and select the best candidate is to include a variety of question types. For this assignment, you will need to develop:

  • Four structured interview questions. 
  • Three semi-structured interview questions.
  • Two behavioral interview questions.
  • Two situational interview questions.

In addition to developing these question types:

  • Assess why the questions are appropriate for CapraTek's position.
  • Describe what question type relates to the KSAs or required experience for CapraTek's position.

Be sure to communicate in a manner that is scholarly and professional.

  • Written communication: Written communication is thoughtful and free of errors that detract from the overall message.
  • APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to current APA style and formatting.
