Throughout this course, you've examined how to develop the elements of an effective Learning Plan. This Discussion will enable you to generalize about characteristics of effective learning plans. You will work with your colleagues to develop criteria for a checklist or rubric you could use to evaluate any learning plan, including plans you develop and those of colleagues who may need input or support as they develop learning experiences.
