Develop the topic "Chocolate" as it relates to nutrition and develop critical thinking skills based on the study of chocolate and as it applies to health care information that can be beneficial to us. In this context, develop the work with the view of chocolate as an antioxidant, the nutrition differences between milk and dark chocolate, levels of lipid and carbohydrates.
In the opening slide briefly share the history/background of chocolate, and interesting facts like, how chocolate, which is made from the seeds of the cocoa tree, was considered the "Food of Gods" in ancient history or maybe present the indulgent pleasures this food brings and a contrast of how damaging it can be if consumed in large amounts due to being high in carbohydrates and fat.
While we don't really need reasons to enjoy eating chocolate, it would be interesting to not only touch the concept of how high in fat and sugar this food is but also look into how for those who love chocolate, it can be a stress-busters, relaxants and aphrodisiacs.
