Project - Develop the Brave Privacy Browser

Assume that you have been appointed the Project Manager of the project that develops the Brave privacy browser by the Project Sponsor (your professor or a fictitious character, or one of your team members). Use the information provided in the article above as well as any other information you've learned in your program on how to develop a browser as the context for all the deliverables of the project.

The project starts on December 1, 2021 and is expected to last 3 months. Assume that the budget is in the range of #270-300,000, and you have a team of 5-7 people to work on this.

Your Project Sponsor has made it clear that it's extremely important to him that all features of the website are fully operational by the end of February 2022.

The Final Report document is a professional document that details the management of the activities in the case study. Use the information in the current case study on SLATE for this report. This report will include the sections listed below and as per the evaluation form given.

- The Word file and MS Project mpp file must contain your group number and the words Final Project, e.g. Group1-Final Project.

- Use of any other software to create the WBS/Gantt will result in a grade of zero for the entire final report deliverable worth 15% of the course grade.

- Use of any other case study for this assignment will result in a grade of zero.

- Your grade will be determined by the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the submission as it relates to the course case study and concepts taught.

- Don't forget to provide Works Cited and in-text citations!
