Part 1:

Your first task in a team is to decide on certain team norms that your team will follow. These norms need to be entered into the template provided and uploaded to Moodle.

During the semester tutorials, there will be time for your team to meet and work on certain activities. If you are absent for this activity then you will be marked accordingly.

At the end of the semester you are to evaluate your partner and yourself by completing the form that you developed earlier.

Your team work mark is based on your attendance at tutorials and the feedback from yourself and your team member.

As a team you need to write a report. The report should be set out in a professional manner. You need to include the following sections.

Part 2: Data Flow Diagrams

Develop the following Data Flow Diagrams for the new system.

2.1 A Context diagram

2.2 A Level-0 diagram showing ALL sub-systems

2.3 A Level-1 diagram showing ONLY the product order sub-system

Part 3: System Design

Choose ONLY one of the following options. DO NOT attempt and submit more than one as only one will be selected for marking.

- Environment Design

Design system environment and architecture to support the entire system. The system is to be deployed on the company's premises but securely connected to the Internet. This includes in your report:

- The design diagram including software and application, computer system and hardware, and network infrastructure, etc.

- The detailed description and the reason/purpose of each design component

- User and System Interfaces Design

Develop system and user interfaces design for the product order sub-system.
