For your final assignment, you will design and develop a 7 to 10 page sustainable business proposal with graphics. You will propose a change in the workplace: a policy change (e.g., remote work policy), process change (e.g., employee recruiting process), or function change (e.g., department or working committee).

Step 1

Review the following resources to provide foundational ideas for developing your sustainable business proposal.

Step 2

Decide upon and research the focus for your sustainable business proposal. Find at least three sources from the ACE Library or other reliable sources to support your proposal.

Step 3

Analyze your proposal idea across the triple bottom line and through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Step 4

Create at least three graphic illustrations (e.g., pie charts, tables) to illustrate key points in your proposal.

Step 5

Write a 7 to 10 page sustainable business proposal with APA-formatted in-text citations to show evidence for your ideas. Include the three graphic illustrations in the body of your proposal.

Address the following items in the proposal:

• Sustainability goals and proposed changes
• Involved organizational functions and roles
• Expected financial expenses (estimates)
• All three dimensions of the triple bottom line
• Diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Assessment methods to determine the success of outcomes

Step 6

Submit your APA title page, 7 to 10 page sustainable business proposal with graphics, and a reference page.
