Question: Option: Strategy 2: Integrating Self-Managing Teams and HR Processes

For the Module 2 Milestone assignment, you will develop strategy for integrating self-managing teams (SMTs) with HR processes as part of a greater strategic international human resources management initiative. While these may seem like separate entities, they really are very connected because processes drive teams and teams drive processes. Be sure to indicate how each of these processes (SMTs and HR processes) bolster the overall effort, and how they can work and contribute together.

This Milestone assignment should be no more than two pages in length (not including cover and reference pages), so focus on being clear and concise. Your Milestone should be formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA and supported by a minimum of two academic sources.
