Goal Setting

Raisah is a 17 yr. old girl who just left an intake interview. She reported having issues with her friend group. Due to an argue between her and her friends, the have distanced themselves from Raisah and she is having trouble coping. She stated that whenever she tries to initiate hangouts, they are always too busy for her but never too busy to hang out with others. Raisah feels as though she is the only one putting effort into the friendship. She doesn't know whether or not she should express to them how she feels. Raisah reported having breakdowns that consist of crying, feeling overwhelmed, panic attacks, and increased heart rate.

Problems:

It takes a while for Raisah to process what is being read
Has memory issues (forgets instructions)
Doesn't know how to process her emotions
