Be careful that you use the "necessary background" as an opportunity to outline the activity of completing the project rather than your position as a student. You do not need to explain the process of reflection, and do not use words to define the process.

Main body:

Do not repeat information given in the introduction. Keep a focus on answering the question: What skills you have developed during your study at the university studying business management and this research project (Hint: dissertation was about to make management report to present to the company's CEO) that will prepare you for your future employment?

Conclusion and recommendations:

Your conclusion should briefly summarise the purpose of the essay and then explain how the developed skills will enhance their future career opportunities.
