Research has shown that quality comprehensive sexual health education in schools does not lead to sex at a younger age amongst high school students. Similarly, providing free condoms in high schools for student use does not increase rates of sexual activity. It does, however increase safer sex practices, and decreases risky sexual behavior. In light of this information, discuss why many high schools in America do not provide free condoms and sexual health information to its students.

A local progressive nursing home has contacted you to develop a sexuality policy for its residents. What recommendations would you have? As you draft this policy, consider issues of privacy, respect, empathy, infirmity, choice, staff education, and sexual satisfaction of the residents.
