Assessment: Project Management Plan

This assessment requires students to develop project management plan (PMP) with focus on quality management plan, stakeholder management plan and conflict management plan for a chosen case project. The PMP should include the followings:

1. Introduction: Describe and give background of the selected project. Give rationale why the project is selected.

2. Project Quality: Develop Quality Management Plan including at least 5 total metrics (qualitative and/orquantitative). Also describe and discuss relevant quality standards and their role in effective project management.

3. Project Stakeholder and Conflict: Develop Stakeholder Management Plan and conflict management plan. Also discuss the role of conflict management in addressing the project challenges.
