Develop a project budget to add an unattached garage to your existing home. The garage will hold 3 cars, have a brick front and the remaining three sides will be wood. It will have electricity, two doors, two garage door openers, and will be heated. The project duration is six weeks. The project budget must list the project costs by week. The project budget should include labor costs for different skilled labor, material costs for different categories of material, and contingency cost for risk. You must have a minimum of 15 cost items and a maximum of 30 cost items. Examples of cost items may include: People (Architect), Material (Wood), or Equipment (Crane). Total your costs by week and by cost item and provide a grand total – including contingency. Complete the assignment using Microsoft Excel.
