This task will require you to develop programs and plans for onboarding, training and development.

Part A: Develop Onboarding and Training Programs
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task, or use the Onboarding and Training Program template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task you must:
• Identify at least two employees to provide onboarding and training to.
• Access and review documents and sources containing information on the following onboarding and training requirements of the identified employees:
o Current and new work role of identified employees
o Requirements for the new designation
o Skill and knowledge gap of the identified employees
o Work safety requirements for the identified employee
• Develop at least two onboarding and training programs , at least one for each employee. These must address the following:
o Induction program
o Schedule of induction program
o Training program
o Schedule of training program
o Training outcome

Part B: Develop Development Plans
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task, or use the Development Plan template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task you must:
• Identify at least one team and one employee within that team to prepare development plans for.
Team must have at least two members.
• Access and review documents and sources containing the following information on development requirements of the identified team and employee:
o Name and role of the team and its members
o Areas of improvement in the performance of the team and the employee
o Document containing information on review schedule of development plans

• Develop at least two development plans - one for team and one for one employee from the team. These must address the following:
o Areas of improvement
o Action item for each area
o Expected date of implementation
o Expected Outcome
