Part 1: Action Plan Arrange a time when you can meet with your mentor to collaborate and complete Part 1 of the "Action Plan" template and develop positive behavior supports that can be applied with your selected student. Utilize all of the data you have collected in Clinical Field Experiences A-C when completing the template. With assistance from your mentor, identify other stakeholders who should be aware of the positive behavior supports that will be implemented with the student in Part 2 of the assignment.
