Description

As a member of the management team of a new computer services company, you have been assigned the responsibility to develop policy documents for the newly established company as the current documents are dated. The main products of the company are the social media platform and payment gateway that are now attracting high traffic and user subscriptions.

1. On a new page in the MS Word document used for Exercise 11.1, undertake the next steps.
2. With center alignment, type "Acceptable Use Policy" and press <enter>.
3. Now, type in no less than 5 bullet points acceptable use policies that will be agreed upon by the clients to the company, i.e. users of the social media platform and the payment gateway.
   • Note: that a bullet point is not simply a single or few words but provides content with conditions (e.g. The attempt to hack either the security of the network or users on the network is prohibited).
4. Now think about some consequences for the violation of the acceptable use policies you previously typed.
5. On the next line with center alignment, type "Violation of Acceptable Use Policy" and press <enter>.
6. Type in no less than 5 bullet points some consequences for the violation of the acceptable use policies. Depending on the severity of the violation, penalties and fines can be imposed by the computer service company.
