This task will require you to develop policies and practices for recruitment, retention and satisfaction.
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task, or use the following templates provided at the Bounce Fitness site:

• Retention Policies and Practices
• Employee Satisfaction Policies and Practices
To complete this task, you must:
• Access and review documents and sources containing information on the following:
o Requirements for equal opportunity
o Employee recruitment requirements
o Employee retention requirements
o Employee satisfaction requirements
Requirements are objectives which the policies and practices aim to achieve. These requirements can be based on feedback from employee, organisation's objectives or industry best practices.
• Develop at least one policy and at least one practice for facilitating each of the following:
o Employee recruitment
o Employee retention
o Employee satisfaction
