Discuss the supplier evaluation criteria as described in the textbook. In my opinion it looks like a word salad that someone threw up onto of a textbook. Develop a hierarchical evaluation criteria for the suppliers that uses subcategories which define and support the higher overarching goals of the stakeholders. For example, when my stakeholders ask for quality what does it mean to them? What measurements will support the main categories of my evaluation?
