You are requested to prepare comprehensive report, based on the scenario below, which includes references to relevant policies and procedures. It is to include problem-solving strategies to be applied and recognition of relevant stakeholders.

Case Study (Scenario)

Fit and Fab is a well-established CBD Gym. It currently employs;

• a Manager, (employed 8 years)
• 2 Assistant Managers, (both new)
• 2 Reception Staff, (employed 2 months and 2 years)
• 4 Full Time Personal Trainers,
• 2 Casual Personal Trainers, and has
• 8 independent Personal Trainers on their books.

You have been engaged to "build the team".

You will need to:

1. Develop a documented approach that will build team cohesion

2. Describe what policies and procedures you will put in place to assist with building the team.

3. What strategies will you use if problems arise within the team?

4. Who will be the stakeholders and how will you liaise with them?

5. Include costs to be considered

6. Identify and discuss different risks for implementing any changes
