Diagnose Amazon at three levels - organizational, group/department and individual and describe the strengths and weaknesses facing Amazon. Identify areas of focus, targets of change, issues that could benefit from an organizational development analysis and strategy and then provide recommendations with logical soundness in the diagnostic tools, OD interventions, evaluation measures, and change management strategies.
Recommend, design, develop data collection methods for areas of focus requiring change(s).
Identification of a least 2-3 areas requiring improvement that may enhance their organizational effectiveness, with sound rationale (e.g. forces for/against change, types of OD interventions and approaches, etc.)
Conduct a force field analysis
Recommend and design appropriate OD intervention(s) (Human Process, Technostructural, Human Resource, Strategic Change)
Identify and design measures to evaluate and reinforce the organization development (OD) intervention(s)
Develop a change management strategy that outlines the type of change and activities for managing the implementation and sustainment of your recommended OD intervention(s).
