My choosen business: Tailoring business in Johor
Help me in develop a business model analysis based on my proposed business idea. I will need to formulate the business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) template. The BMC is a business tool for visualising all the building blocks of starting a business, including customers, route to market, value proposition and finance.
1. Customer Needs. What are the customer's needs? A clearly stated need should relate to an important and specific customers or market opportunities, supported by industry and market analysis and validation.
2. Business Model Building Blocks:
a. Customer Segments - who are the groups of people and/or organizations your firm aims to reach and create value for with a dedicated value proposition?
b. Value Propositions - what are the bundle of products and services that create value for customer segment(s)?
c. Channels - how value propositions are communicated and delivered to customer segment(s)?
d. Customer Relationships - what type of relationships will be established and maintained, how they will be acquired and retained?
e. Revenue Streams - how your firm captures value with a price that customers willing to pay?
f. Key Resources - what are the most important assets required to offer and deliver the value propositions?
g. Key Activities - what are the most important activities a firm needs to perform well?
h. Key Partners - who are the networks of suppliers and partners that bring in external resources and activities?
i. Cost Structure - what are the costs incurred to operate a business model?
