Develop a BPMN diagram outlining the correct process of designing test cases, executing tests, recording results and establishing remedial actions to correct errors, bugs and faults.

Here is the strategy plan to be followed by testing and QA team as to ensure the solution is meeting agreed on quality requirements:

Designing Test Cases:

a. Identify the test objectives and requirements.

b. Create test cases that cover all possible scenarios and test conditions.

c. Review and verify test cases with relevant stakeholders.

Executing Tests:

a. Prepare test environment, including necessary hardware and software.

b. Execute test cases according to the test plan.

c. Record any issues or defects encountered during testing.

Recording Results:

a. Document test results, including both successful and unsuccessful tests.

b. Track progress against test objectives and requirements.

c. Analyze and report on test results to relevant stakeholders.

Establishing Remedial Actions:

a. Identify and prioritize issues or defects.

b. Determine necessary corrective actions to fix issues or defects.

c. Implement corrective actions and verify that they have resolved the issues or defects.
