Select a position within your current or another healthcare organization that is in a different area and department from which you work. Based upon the job description for this position, develop a Behavioral Anchored Rating Scale (BARS) to evaluate someone with this job. You should include at least five general categories (task dimensions) that would be applicable to any employee and then at least five specific job-related categories. You may use Exhibits 8.3 and 8.4 as a guideline, but, please do not use these exact measures, categories, or definitions in your assignment.
