Performing good governance in a war-ravaged country like Afghanistan is vital for building and developing a sustainable democracy. On one side, it leads to democracy and on another side it enhances Afghan citizens' trust in their government. Keeping in view, this research study aim to investigate, rule of law, reforms, capacity building and transparency with relation to governance in Afghanistan. The specific objectives of this study is to see the effect of aforementioned factors on governance in Afghanistan. The findings would contribute in empirical literature of governance with relation to factors mentioned above.

a. Develop at least two research questions based on above situation.

b. How will you measure rule of law, reforms, capacity building, transparency and governance if you plan for quantitative methodology?

c. Suppose being a researcher you plan to follow qualitative methodology and you would like to conduct in-depth interviews to propose solutions. Which sampling approach and which specific method of sampling approach you will apply to conduct interviews?

d. What would be your sample size and who will be those people with whom you will plan to conduct interviews? Discuss and justify
