Question No 1 - Waseem Distributors is a successful distribution network for different types of electronic home appliances of various local and international brands but due to Covid 19 lockdown the network is facing a 60 % decline in orders from their clients and as a result waseem distributors have to layoff 40% of their workers in the field. Now WD wants to know how to deal with this uncertainty and if you are a manager at WD how will you approach this situation? What scientific research aspects will you consider? How will you go about conducting your research? Give proper contextual reasons for your answers.

Question No 2 - A manager at Metro store observes that the employee turnover in her store is very high and she had to hire new people on a continuous basis She then conducted a detail review of literature in the area and come to know that factors like employee salary, Bonuses, and type of employment status (permanent/ temporary) directly effects employees intension to leave but in some studies she find out that proper supervision can change the relationship between these factors and employee turnover.
