Question: You have just concluded a meeting with the CEO who has advised you of the hotel's purchase of anothervenue. The venue previously operatedas a hotel and was recently renovated but the owners were forced to sell due to insufficient funds.
As this venue is not currently open for business, you have been asked to develop and manage the operational planning processes which will be implemented.
