• Secure and fit out premises that are appropriate to the needs of staff and clients
• Develop technology-based services for immigrant networking, communication and integration.
Having presented your Project Charter to Opportunity Australia, Regina, Bruno and Manuela were impressed and recognised the importance of your project to OA. They have decided to accept and sign off on your Project Charter. However, they have asked for more detailed analysis and planning before agreeing to go ahead with the full project. OA have allocated
$20,000 for this first phase and have requested a project report setting out a baseline plan for your project.
Your task is to prepare a project report on how you plan to manage this project. Please include the following sections in the main body of the report. Standard report structure must be adhered to.

• Work / process breakdown schedule
3. Time and cost management which includes the following sub-sections
• Time management
Research, explain and use an appropriate online digital tool as part of presenting project time management.
• Cost management
4. Risk management
5. Communication management plan
• Follow the sample communication strategy plan template included as appendix A.
• You need to complete a stakeholder analysis, list communication modes and justify the inclusion of each mode to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are required to research communications mediums
6. Recommendations
Assignment Requirements and Deliverables
Your report should be no less than two thousand eight hundred (2800) words and it would be best to be no longer than three thousand five hundred (3500) words long. There are several tables and diagrams required so this report is time intensive.
