High Distinction (85-100%) Demonstrates a balanced and strong knowledge of core project background and time, cost and risk management concepts evidenced through a strong level of analysis. Articulates well- informed and grounded arguments that provide significant insight into project background and time, cost and risk management. (15%) Accuracy and presentation of written work including English expression, project management terminology, grammar, spelling, punctuation. Presents work of a professional standard with minimal grammatical, English expression, spelling and punctuation errors. Consistently uses appropriate project management terminology. (20%) Accuracy and clarity of scheduling, time and cost management. Skilful and intuitive application and presentation of scheduling, time and cost management principles evidenced by a robust, precise and clear project schedule, budget and cash flow management. Demonstrates an insightful understanding of the interdependency between time and cost.

This assignment will take a number of weeks to complete and will require a good understanding of the Project Management material for successful completion. It is imperative that students take heed of the following points in relation to doing this assignment: 1. It would pay to start this assignment early. 2. Your report should be no less than two thousand eight hundred (2800) words and it would be best to be no longer than three thousand five hundred (3500) words long. There are several tables and diagrams required so this report is time intensive. The report is to be prepared as a single Microsoft Word document. Appropriate referencing is required, both in-text and reference list.
