Develop and implement effective communication systems for health and safety information

You may not have all the documents within your management system; however, all are available as templates for you to populate and can be found by researching, online for example.
Provide evidence which shows how you have researched proposed and new health and safety legislation, codes of practice, standards, health and safety risk assessment and control procedures and practices, technical developments and best practice in and explain how you have developed them and implemented them for the organisation.
Provide evidence which shows you have evaluated health and safety information coming into the organisation, flowing within and going out of the organisation.
Provide evidence of how you have developed systems for communicating health and safety information relating to the input, materials, goods, equipment, services and resources procured by the organisation to include proactive monitoring, health and safety performance initiatives and activities and reactive monitoring.
Provide evidence of a range of different methods of communication you have used within the organisation and how you communicate externally for health and safety information for stakeholders, voluntary bodies, trade associations other interested parties and statutory bodies
Provide evidence that shows you maintain records of all health and safety information relating to input materials, goods, equipment, services and resources brought in by the organisation
Provide 3 different examples of communications, emails or memorandums etc, showing your communications with contractors and or suppliers in matters of H&S and statutory bodies
Provide evidence that shows your management of the communication systems for the health and safety of the organisation and confirm that the statutory reporting of the health and safety information required from the organisation to the regulatory and local authorities is carried out.
Provide us with your policy of waste management, environmental or general waste, and a communication, email or other, to the contract provider.
Provide evidence that confirms that the health and safety culture and policy are kept at the forefront of the activities of the organisation

Question Eight - Analyse the external factors influencing health and safety statutory information requirements for the products, services and waste of an organisation
Question Nine - Analyse the external factors influencing Health and safety standards and procedures of an organisation that are relevant to the contractors used by the organisation.
