Develop and detail a public relations strategy for your constituents, specifically how you plan to measure public opinion on key issues and how you will communicate to different types of voters. Be sure to integrate key terms, concepts and examples for each of the chapters in this week's reading (Ch. 6 and Ch. 7).

What will be your primary way of communicating with your constituents? State your communication method(s) for example, mass media, public relations firms, social media or a combination of these methods. Why do you believe the method(s) chosen will greatest impact on public opinion?
How will you gauge public opinion in your state legislative district? Will you use a random sample method, conduct public opinion surveys, town halls or will you use data from exit polls from a prior election to determine the issues most important to you constituents? Explain and justify the method(s) you decide to use.
How will your public relations strategy differ for primary election voters vs. general election voters in your legislative district? Explain the difference between these two types of elections and how your strategy will reach these different audiences and voting blocks.
