PART A. Problem 1, 2 and 3 related towards the service quality study by HBZ management on Asian Football Cup competition.

Problem 1: The United Arab Emirates government honored to organize the Asian Football Cup 2019 competition. Twenty-Four teams participated in competition that held from January 5, 2019 to February 1, 2019. The football matches held in several stadiums in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Sharjah. In Al Ain, the matches held in Hazza bin Zayed (HBZ) stadium. Therefore, in improving the services provided in HBZ for future competition, the management conducted a study with the aim to identify the service quality provided during the competition. The respondents involves in this study is among Al Ain residents. This study is to identifyany differences of residents in Al Ain towards service provided on Ticketing Services and Security Services.

Requirement.
a. Formulate hypothesis based on the above problem.

b. Establish if there is a significant difference and interpret the output result.

Problem 2: Follow up on Problem 1, HBZ management conductedany differences of services provided by the SecurityServices [seating plan, stadium safety, home and away fans, medical support]. The data collected through self-administered method by researcher and involved 445 participants.
Requirement.
a. Formulate hypothesis based on the above problem.

b. Analyze if there any differences of services provided by the Security Services of HBZ.

Problem 3: Results from problem 1 and problem 2, have indicates the performance of service quality provided by HBZ management. A further analysis then conducted to establish any interaction exists between gender [men and women]and security services[seating plan, stadium safety, home and away fans, medical support].

Requirement.
a. Formulate hypothesis based on the above problem.

b. Interpret the result.

PART B. Realizing on the finding of problem 1, 2 and 3, HBZ management hired a private consultant to conduct an empirical study related to inferential statistics of resident satisfaction. A service quality (SERVUAL) developed by Parasuraman (1985), consisted of Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance was applied in this study. This study intervened by Organizational Commitment. The sample size of this study involves 77 players and team officials. The hypotheses formulated for this study as follows:
a. The safety management provided by HBZ management increase resident satisfaction.
b. The service provided by HBZ towards ticketing services are effective and satisfy the resident satisfaction.
c. The availability of parking space for football fans related to resident satisfaction.
d. HBZ service commitment to provide good service positively related to resident satisfaction.
e. HBZ servicecommitment partially mediatesthe relationship between safety management, ticketing effectiveness, efficiency of parking space and residentsatisfaction.

Note: Answer problem 4, 5 and 6 related to the above scenarioand research hypothesis.

Problem 4: Conduct Multiple Regression.

a. Develop and analyze the regression equation model.

b. Test the goodness of fit.

Problem 5:Conduct hierarchical regression [mediation analysis].

Problem 6: Conduct correlation analysis.
