In 2015, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) released its report which included 94 Calls to Action to address the legacy impacts of the Indian Residential School System in Canada. Since its release, many organizations across Canada are looking to work towards reconciliation and respond to the Calls to Action.

Goals:

• To develop an understanding of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's mission and work.

• To build an understanding of the nuances and complexities of each chosen Call to Action (s) and application in a real-world context.

•Task: Your job is to help organizations across Canada support the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's (TRC) mission and 94 Calls to Action.

Choose a Canadian *non Indigenous* organization( like NICK) and note down a proposal for their administration which explains how they can respond to the TRC's 94 Calls to Action.

Part 1. Proposal Outline Document:
