This activity is about designing and creating a document for managing a selected sporting event. You may select the event yourself but try to find an event that has some international aspects as well.

What to include into your work?

In order to carry out this activity properly, you need to discuss at minimum the following points:

Develop an operations management plan for a sport event you have selected.

Design a checklist where all the different parts of your plan are presented.

Bear in mind that you are trying to create a list that could be used in real life context.

Use headlines i.e. divide your work according to different operational teams to structure your plan.

Add also a paragraph where you explain how different parts could be evaluated after or during the event.

Check that the entire project is complete in relation to the missions and people responsible.

Include a small description at the beginning about the event you are planning.
