By using the GUI configurator, users are able to visually "draw" the network topology, and specify the parameters for the hosts, network hubs. In addition, users should be able to save the network configurations, open and continue working on them, and check the correctness of the network specifications. And if everything is okay, users can save it into a configuration file for V-NetLab to use.
