Description - You'll develop forms that are used in the recruitment process. You'll analyze current available positions and the methods used to bring candidates into the organization for interviews. You'll also develop a form used in the interview process and used to make hiring decisions. In addition, you'll identify actions the organization uses to retain staff.
Criteria - You reviewed areas in which open positions are communicated, such as Internet job boards, the organization's website, and print media.

You've been working as a health care manager of a hematology/oncology center for the past four years. This morning, a worker named Emily came into your office to submit a letter of resignation. She was hired as a phlebotomist six years ago and is a valued employee who will be difficult to replace. Emily is the lead phlebotomist in the lab and works well with all the employees. She knows the physicians' preferences, and they rely on her with little direction. Emily is six months pregnant and hasdecided she would like to be a stay-at-home mom for one to two years. She decided to terminate her employment with the company early so that she can make the necessary changes in her home for a baby. She also has agreed to remain working for the next month to help train a new phlebotomist.
1. Develop an employment advertisement that will be posted on the company's website, online, and in the local newspaper by completing the template provided.
