As a manager of a busy workplace, you have become aware that some of your team members are working 'too hard'. As such, their personal life, and in some cases their health, is suffering.

Compile a communications bulletin that will assist and coach staff to develop an effective work-life balance. The bulletin should be designed to be attached to a notice board, placed in the lunchroom or added to the monthly newsletter.

It should communicate your genuine desire to offer ideas, tips and coaching suggestions that will help team members progress beyond the 'all work and no play' mentality that is currently evident.
