Personalization of employee recognition is also essential for ensuring that individual problems have been solved. It is also important to create time for employees so that employees are inspired to visit their workplace (Hamilton, 2011). Employee motivation is an anchor that builds satisfaction for employees. The top leaders at Fortuga Artisans Inc. failed to realize that employees are critical for organizational success. This employer lost important employees that helped to keep the organization successful.
