Assignment Description

You will need to develop an assessment and analysis methodology based on the Bushe, G. and Marshak, R. (2015). Dialogic Organization Development: The theory and practice of transformational change. Based on the summary of all the chapters you have read and summarized which should give you some good information to develop from that can be used as an Organizational Development Consultant.
The next section you will develop is your value proposition (Why should they hire you as a OD consultant).
The last task is to finalize your pitch deck with all the other parts and the feedback from myself and anyone else you share it with and send a final deck no later than June 24, 2022.
