I need to know how to do this or an example. I don't understand this. How would you develop recommendations to address these issues?

• Develop an appropriate number of recommendations to address each causal factor.
•  recommendation's level and type.
• Identify all relevant stakeholders directly involved in your recommendations and their responsibilities for ensure the recommendations are successful
• Select one recommendation and provide a benefit/cost analysis.
•  how you would assess each recommendation's effectiveness.

Explore the root cause of failing grades:

• Lack of sleep- Distracting from gadgets and social media. There are also family issues that could be happening.
• Poor attitude-I have a poor attitude towards school and studying. I also may be skipping school assignments, lack of interest.
• Personal problems- I have problems with co-workers that are worrying me. Worrying affects my sleep patterns which keep me up all night.
• Assignment problems- Assignments not getting done because of procrastination.
• Test preparation- I am not preparing for tests good because of ineffective teachers in the past. The study environment is loud, and I easily get distracted.
• Learning disabilities- I also have some learning disabilities, and environmental factors as a role. The neighbors next door making loud unnecessary noises.

• Lack of sleep: I will go to bed early, and I will wake up feeling refreshed, and energized. The distracting gadgets and social media I can turn off. Family problems can be worked out by sitting down and talking.
• Once I implement my solution to lack of sleep, I will start studying. Will also not keep missing assignments, which is caused by me being bored due to a lack of interest.
• Personal problems that I may have would be at work. Co-workers have a lack of communication with people. We need to learn how to communicate effectively as a team.
• Procrastination of me not doing assignments: I will quit delaying the assignment and have designated days dedicated to my assignments.
• Will take notes that will help me prepare for tests. The teachers I have had in the past, I will email them for solutions so they can help me. Will go to library and study so I will not get distracted.
