Question: Develop a program in python or Matlab for generating tool path and machine a free form surface with surface finish.

a) Define a free-form surface of minimum 4 x 4 matrix.

b) Develop a Bezier surface from grind of pts. (option to change control points should be provided)
for eg:

c) Develop a zig - zag tool path to machine the surface

d) The incremental surface between one pass to other has to be calculated based on desired surface finish. Consider, scallop height = surface finish

e) Step forward in a pass has to be calculated based on chordal error so, that accuracy can be achieved.

f) Provide a CNC program for the generated tool path, and point it in a text file.

g) Mention tools required to machine the surface.
