2. Please develop a work program (refer to the attached excel - tasklist), generate plan target and update actual progress. Based on the work program answer and submit the project based on following questions.

QUESTIONS:

1. Setting for the project:
- File Name: Put Your Full Name as the File Name for Ms Project File
- Project Start Date: 1 January 2024 (Monday)
- Daily Schedule: 8 am - 7 pm (8 am - 12 pm, then 1 pm - 7 pm setting in calendar)
- Working Day: Every day (No holiday)
- Daily hours: 10 hours
- Weekly hours: 70 hours
- Day in Month: 30 Days
- Save File into folder name 1. Original

2. Generate Plan/Target Progress:
- Save Files into Folder Name 2. Plan
- Generate data (blue colour) for financial (actual cost) and physical progress (% complete) based on biweekly target cycle date as shown below.
- Save files based on the biweekly plan target date (green colour)

3. Update Actual Progress:
- Save files into folder name 3. Actual
- Files need to be save/set baseline first before updating/tracking.
- Generate data (yellow colour) for financial (actual cost) and physical progress (% complete) based on biweekly updated cycle date as shown below. You can also calculate the variance value (orange colour) once you got actual cost and % complete values.

4. Draw Financial and Physical Progress Graph:

- Based on the updated financial and physical progress values as in item (3), please use excel software to draw the financial and physical progress graph that shows the 3 in 1 graph i.e., target, actual and variance values.
